Cash Back Details:

Cash back offer is contingent on successful closing on the purchase of a property using Pinnacle as the buyer broker. Pinnacle will pay the buyer an amount based on the sale price (see below) in the form of a check mailed to the address given by the buyer and made out to the buyer. Buyer must fill out a W9 for any amounts paid over $600. The minimum sales price of $50,000 to qualify for cashback payment. 

Cash Back Amounts Based on Sale Price:

$50,000 to $100,000: $375

$100,001 to $200,000: $750

$200,001 and above: $1500
